Notes

Nantucket serviceberry (Amelanchier nantucketensis) is a shrub for hedges, food gardens, and naturalized areas. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to average soil. It grows 48 to 60 inches tall and wide. White flowers open from early to late spring, and the leaves turn color in fall. It also tolerates drought once settled in.
