Notes
'Noble Maiden' lupine (Lupinus polyphyllus 'Noble Maiden') is a perennial for cut flowers, containers, and low maintenance beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy or loamy soil. Deer rarely make it their first choice. White, fragrant flowers open in spring and again in summer. Bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds visit the blooms.
Pairs well with Alaska violet, Buffalo grass, and Grape hyacinth.
