Notes

'Nymphaea' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Nymphaea') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The creamy white blooms open in early summer and are fragrant. George C. Thurlow bred it.

Pairs well with Autumn Frost hosta, Weigela, Greig's tulip, and Sedge.
