Notes

'Orville Fay' iris (Iris 'Orville Fay') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and rain gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet soil. Blue flowers open in early to late spring and again in early to late summer. It grows 30 to 36 inches tall and 24 to 30 inches wide. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal.

Pairs well with Prairie Sun rudbeckia, Cinnamon fern, and Sedge.
