Notes

'Parker' fern-leaf yarrow (Achillea filipendulina 'Parker') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, pollinator gardens, and accents. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to average, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. It forms a clump 36 to 48 inches tall and 24 to 36 inches wide, and golden yellow blooms attract butterflies. The plant tolerates drought and salt.

Pairs well with Cat's Pajamas nepeta, Blue grama, and Panicle hydrangea.
