Notes

'Perry’s White' oriental poppy (Papaver orientale 'Perry’s White') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to moist soil of most types. It forms a clumping mound and blooms in spring and again in summer. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. Bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and birds visit the flowers.

Pairs well with Brookside crane's-bill, Baby's breath, and Blueberry Bliss iris.
