Notes

'Pink Glow' culver’s root (Veronicastrum virginicum 'Pink Glow') is a perennial for borders, cottage gardens, meadows, and rain gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average to wet, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Its erect stems reach about 47 to 59 inches tall and attract butterflies and bees. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. Plant it in the back of a bed where its height can show.

Pairs well with Magnus coneflower, Annabelle hydrangea, Lady's mantle, and Casa Blanca lily.
