Notes

'Princess Charm' peony (Paeonia 'Princess Charm') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy soil. Medium purple blooms with white edging and a dark center open in early to late spring, and butterflies visit them. Derek Irvine bred it. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice.

Pairs well with Burnet, Lily, Hyssop, and Bells of Ireland.
