Notes

'Procut Red' sunflower (Helianthus annuus 'Procut Red') is an annual for borders, cut flower gardens, and pollinator gardens. Frost will kill it, so set it out only after the last frost in spring. This plant likes full sun and dry to moist soil of most types. Bees, butterflies, and birds visit the blooms. Deer rarely make it their first choice. It grows fast and stands tall and erect.

Pairs well with Magnus coneflower, Russian sage, and Xsenia cosmos.
