Notes

'Raggedy Ann' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Raggedy Ann') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The large, double flowers are light silvery pink with deeply cut petals that give them a ragged look. A few long yellow stamens show in the center. William Henry Krekler bred it.

Pairs well with Blazing star, Smooth hydrangea, Ostrich fern, and Sedge.
