Notes

Rhododendron (Rhododendron montroseanum) is a shrub for woodland gardens, shade borders, and specimen plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes part sun and average to moist soil. Rose-pink flowers with crimson blotches open in dense trusses from early to late spring. The glossy green leaves can reach 18 inches long, so plant it where wind cannot tear them.

Pairs well with Bluebell, Sophora, and Sedge.
