Notes

'Silver Edge' iris (Iris 'Silver Edge') is a perennial for borders, cottage gardens, containers, and accents. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet soil. It bears violet-blue flowers in early to late spring and again in early to late summer. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. It also tolerates drought.

Pairs well with Spotted joe-pye weed, Cinnamon fern, and Little Beauty tulip.
