Notes

'Skyline' common hyacinth (Hyacinthus orientalis 'Skyline') is a bulb for borders, containers, and rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant blooms open from early to late spring and attract bees. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. P. van Kampen bred it.

Pairs well with Greig's tulip, Blue Angel hosta, and Paula Fay peony.
