Notes
'Star White' Mexican zinnia (Zinnia angustifolia 'Star White') is an annual for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and cut flowers. It cannot take cold, and a freeze will end its season. This plant likes full sun and dry to average soil of most types. It grows into a drought tolerant clump 12 to 24 inches tall, and butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit its flowers. Deer rarely make it their first choice.
Pairs well with Soraya sunflower, Snapdragon, and First Knight fountain grass.
