Notes

'Striptease' hosta (Hosta 'Striptease') is a perennial for borders, shade gardens, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average moisture. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. It forms a mound of variegated leaves and sends up fragrant lavender flowers from early to late summer. Bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds visit the blooms.

Pairs well with White phlox, Little Hottie panicle hydrangea, Thalia daffodil, and Alertie peony.
