Notes

Summer hyacinth (Ornithogalum candicans) is a bulb for borders, containers, and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil of most types. Tall stems carry fragrant, white, bell-shaped flowers that hang downward in summer. The cut flowers last 10 to 14 days in a vase.

Pairs well with May Night salvia, Fountain grass, and Lemon thyme.
