Notes
'Super Hero Spry' French marigold (Tagetes patula 'Super Hero Spry') is an annual for borders, containers, and accents. It cannot take cold, and a freeze will end its season. This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It forms a clumping mound up to 12 inches tall and wide. The flowers come in brown, copper, yellow, orange, and red, and they attract butterflies. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything.
Pairs well with Mealycup sage, Cornflower, and Creeping thyme.
