Notes
'Tango' satsuma (Citrus unshiu 'Tango') is a citrus tree for the food garden. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 9 and warmer, down to about 20°F (-7°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full sun. You grow it for seedless fruit with a deep orange rind and flesh that balances sweet and tart. White flowers open in spring and summer.
Pairs well with Hass avocado, Angel's trumpet, and Creeping fig.
