Notes
'Tänzerin' sage (Salvia sylvestris 'Tänzerin') is a perennial for borders, pollinator gardens, and rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes part sun, average moisture, and sandy soil. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the blooms. The leaves are fragrant and stay evergreen. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits.
Pairs well with Coralbells, Gladiator ornamental onion, and Heather.
