Notes

'Tender Beauty' iris (Iris 'Tender Beauty') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil. The standards are veronica violet, and the falls are greyish violet with an Indian yellow blotch. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. It blooms in early to late spring and again in early to late summer.

Pairs well with Feather reed grass, Avens, and Ornamental onion.
