Notes

'Waooh!' sunflower (Helianthus annuus 'Waooh!') is an annual for borders, pollinator gardens, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 2, or down to -50°F (-46°C). This plant likes full sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Butterflies, bees, and birds visit it, and it tolerates drought. Deer rarely make it their first choice. Its blooms open from early to late summer and again in early to late autumn.

Pairs well with Sensation cosmos, Milkmaid nasturtium, and Red fescue.
