Notes
'Wheee!' hosta (Hosta 'Wheee!') is a perennial for borders, containers, and shade gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. It grows 12 to 24 inches tall and spreads 24 to 30 inches wide, and its fragrant lavender flowers attract bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds.
Pairs well with Siberian bugloss, Little Hottie panicle hydrangea, Bridal Crown daffodil, and Canada wild rye.
