Notes

'White Frost' peony (Paeonia 'White Frost') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. It grows up to 30 inches tall and bears fragrant white flowers that bees and butterflies visit. David Reath bred it in 1991. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first.

Pairs well with Big Daddy hosta, Clustered bellflower, Charles Joly lilac, and Black Hero tulip.
