Notes

White ginger lily (Hedychium coronarium) is a perennial for borders, containers, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet soil of most types. The fragrant white flowers attract butterflies. It also tolerates salt, and it grows quickly into an arching clump.

Pairs well with Mexican petunia, Karl Foerster feather reed grass, and Totally Tangerine dahlia.
