Notes

'White van Vliet' iris (Iris 'White van Vliet') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil. The standards are greyish white with a violet gloss, and the falls are ivory white with a deep golden yellow blotch. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. You can cut the blooms for bouquets.

Pairs well with Feather reed grass, Ornamental onion, and Casa Blanca lily.
