Notes

'White Wings' peony (Paeonia 'White Wings') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. Hoogendoorn bred it, and its large white single flowers reach up to 12 inches across and smell sweet. Bees and butterflies visit the blooms. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first.

Pairs well with Moonshine yarrow, Phantom panicle hydrangea, Black Hero tulip, and Tall fescue.
