Notes
'Whitestone City' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Whitestone City') is a shrub for borders, perennial beds, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The white flowers have a light purple center. Derek Irvine bred it in 2001 as a seedling of 'Seidl' #12.
Pairs well with Mock orange, Polish Spirit clematis, and Ostrich fern.
