Notes

'Yasemin' Japanese maple (Acer palmatum 'Yasemin') is a tree for specimen planting, accent, containers, and woodland gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It grows slowly into a broad tree, and bees and birds visit it. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. Drought tolerance makes it easy to care for once settled.

Pairs well with Midwinter Fire common dogwood, Spring snowflake, and Grape hyacinth.
