Notes
'Zemina' peony (Paeonia 'Zemina') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. It grows upright to 39 inches tall and bears double, creamy yellow blooms that draw butterflies and bees. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. Michael Miely bred it.
Pairs well with Krossa Regal hosta, Dittany, Spanish bluebell, and Incrediball hydrangea.
