Notes
'Amy Cotta' rhododendron (Rhododendron 'Amy Cotta') is an evergreen shrub for borders, specimen planting, shade gardens, and woodland settings. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average to moist, sandy or loamy soil. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. It blooms in early to late spring, and hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the flowers.
Pairs well with Christmas fern, Wood lily, Green Spice coral bells, and Allegheny serviceberry.
