Notes

'Blue Rhythm' iris (Iris 'Blue Rhythm') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist, sandy or loamy soil. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. The flowers are fragrant and draw butterflies. Blooms open in spring and again in summer.

Pairs well with Columbine, Artist tulip, and Limelight Prime panicle hydrangea.
