Notes

'Brim Cup' hosta (Hosta 'Brim Cup') is a perennial for shade gardens, borders, containers, and rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average to moist soil of most types. It stays small, at 9 to 12 inches tall and 12 to 18 inches wide, and its fragrant white flowers attract bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything.

Pairs well with Fanal astilbe, Claire de Lune peony, Ice Follies daffodil, and Pinky Winky panicle hydrangea.
