Notes
'Estella' amaryllis (Hippeastrum 'Estella') is a bulb for borders, containers, and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. Purple blooms open on plants 12 to 24 inches tall. New World Plants bred it.
Pairs well with Calla lily, Lemongrass, and False shamrock.
