Notes

'Fragrantissimum' rhododendron (Rhododendron 'Fragrantissimum') is an evergreen shrub for borders, specimen planting, shade gardens, and woodland settings. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average to moist, sandy or loamy soil. It blooms in early to late spring with fragrant flowers. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit it.
