Notes

'Geisha' Japanese wisteria (Wisteria floribunda 'Geisha') is a vine for borders. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It grows fast and climbs, and the fragrant flowers draw butterflies in spring. It sits low on the menu for deer. Give it a strong support, since it can reach about 30 feet tall.

Pairs well with Clematis, Japanese spirea, and Grape hyacinth.
