Notes

'Golden Harvest' golden-bell clematis (Clematis tangutica 'Golden Harvest') is a vine for borders, cottage gardens, specimen plantings, and privacy screens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Yellow flowers with purple stamens attract butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees. Chris Sanders bred it.

Pairs well with Hidcote lavender, Bee balm, and Etoile Violette clematis.
