Notes

'Indigo Princess' iris (Iris 'Indigo Princess') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist, sandy or loamy soil. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. It blooms in early to late spring and again in early to late summer. The flowers are fragrant and attract butterflies.

Pairs well with Columbine, Limelight Prime panicle hydrangea, and Guacamole hosta.
