Notes

'Lilac Queen' iris (Iris 'Lilac Queen') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and accents. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. The standards are lavender blue, and the falls are ivory white with a yellow stripe. Blooms open in early to late spring and again in early to late summer.

Pairs well with Feather reed grass, Clary sage, and Casa Blanca lily.
