Notes

'Magnum' amaryllis (Hippeastrum 'Magnum') is a bulb for borders, containers, and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It grows 12 to 24 inches tall. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. Flowers can appear in winter, spring, or summer.

Pairs well with Society garlic, Lemongrass, and Gerbera daisy.
