Notes

'Meerlo' lavender (Lavandula heterophylla 'Meerlo') is a shrub for borders, containers, and xeriscape. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 9 and warmer, down to about 20°F (-7°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full or part sun and dry, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. The evergreen foliage is fragrant, and bees and butterflies visit the flowers. Deer tend to pass it by. It reaches 24 to 36 inches tall and wide.

Pairs well with Elijah Blue blue fescue, Rosemary, and Yarrow.
