Notes
'MonGeo' creeping juniper (Juniperus horizontalis 'MonGeo') is a shrub for rock gardens and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to average, sandy soil. It has a spreading habit and grows at a moderate rate. Deer tend to browse other plants first. The evergreen foliage stays on the plant all year, and it tolerates drought and salt.
Pairs well with Maiden pink, Blonde Ambition blue grama, Bridal Crown daffodil, and Gro-Low fragrant sumac.
