Notes

'Prince of Wales' creeping juniper (Juniperus horizontalis 'Prince of Wales') is a shrub for ground cover, rock gardens, borders, and low maintenance spots. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to average soil of most types. The evergreen foliage lasts all year, and the plant tolerates drought and salt. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything. It stays 3 to 6 inches tall and spreads 36 to 72 inches at a moderate pace.

Pairs well with Blanket flower, Blonde Ambition blue grama, Maiden pink, and Artist tulip.
