Notes
'Orange Souvereign' amaryllis (Hippeastrum 'Orange Souvereign') is a bulb for borders, containers, and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. It grows 12 to 24 inches tall and bears red blooms.
Pairs well with Bishop of Llandaff dahlia, Lemongrass, and Society garlic.
