Notes

Pine (Pinus koraiensis) is a tree for borders, specimens, privacy screens, and winter interest. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It grows slowly into a pyramidal evergreen with blue, green, and white foliage. Birds visit the tree. Deer rarely make it their first choice.

Pairs well with Astilbe, Fringed bleeding heart, Christmas fern, and Wintergreen.
