Notes

'Pink Pearl' common hyacinth (Hyacinthus orientalis 'Pink Pearl') is a bulb for borders, containers, and rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. Its fragrant flowers open in early to late spring and attract bees. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. The clumping plant stays 4 to 8 inches tall and wide.

Pairs well with Flaming Purissima tulip, Armenian grape hyacinth, and Greek thimbleweed.
