Notes
Privet (Ligustrum ibolium) is a shrub for hedges. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average soil. It grows 96 to 144 inches tall and 72 to 96 inches wide, so give it room. White, fragrant flowers open in early summer. It also tolerates drought once established.
Pairs well with Flowering quince, Cat mint, and Blue fescue.
