Notes
'Rembrandt' common hyacinth (Hyacinthus 'Rembrandt') is a bulb for containers, garden beds, and fragrant spring displays. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun. Spikes of true blue flowers with white edges open in early to late spring and give off a sweet perfume. The clumps last for years. Flower heads may look less dense in the second and third seasons before they fill out again.
Pairs well with Snowdrop, Panicle hydrangea, and Orange lily.
