Notes

'Royal Resilience' rhododendron (Rhododendron 'Royal Resilience') is a shrub for accent planting, hedges, privacy screens, and winter interest. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes part sun. Large clusters of magenta flowers open in early to late spring and draw hummingbirds and bees. The glossy green leaves are long and lance-shaped. You can prune it shortly after flowering.

Pairs well with Western sword fern, Liverleaf, Snowdrop, and Autumn Brilliance juneberry.
