Notes

'Snowstorm' lily-of-the-nile (Agapanthus praecox subsp. orientalis 'Snowstorm') is a perennial for borders, containers, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist, sandy or loamy soil. Its arching, evergreen leaves stay attractive all year, and hummingbirds and birds visit the summer and autumn blooms. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal.

Pairs well with Gaura, Lady's mantle, and Black Baccara rose.
