Notes

'Sunrich Lemon' sunflower (Helianthus annuus 'Sunrich Lemon') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, pollinator gardens, and cottage gardens. It is not cold-hardy and will not survive freezing temperatures. This plant likes full sun and dry to moist soil of most types. Yellow flowers open from early to late summer and draw butterflies, bees, and birds. Deer tend to pass it by. This fast grower tolerates drought and needs about 70 days to mature.

Pairs well with Diablo cosmos, Cerise Queen yarrow, and Red fescue.
